Site walk & scope
We walk the space with owners and facilities staff, confirm needs and document existing conditions.

Pricing, schedule & submittals
Transparent pricing, a week-by-week schedule and material approvals completed before work starts on site.

First day on site
Mobilization & protection
Work zones are secured, existing finishes protected and demolition begins as soon as the space is released.

Build phase
Construction
Crews install flooring, millwork, ceilings, lighting and finishes, with daily cleanup and weekly progress updates.
